🚀AIMPROSOFT — Senior Python Developer!
Aimprosoft, a fast-growing IT company, is looking for a Senior Python Engineer on a contract basis ( ≈ 6-12 months) for an international HealthTech project focused on workforce management solutions for the US healthcare industry.
This is a senior hands-on role for an engineer who is ready to take ownership of complex backend flows, stabilize an existing production system, and help deliver business-critical payroll and instant-payment functionality.

🎯About the project & role:
You will join a HealthTech workforce management platform that connects healthcare facilities and medical staff across the US.
The platform ecosystem includes:
- Django/Python backend (monolithic architecture)
- React.js web application
- Native iOS & Android mobile apps
- Payroll and instant-payment infrastructure
🔥What We Need From You:
- 5+ years experience with Python;
- Strong experience with Django;
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher for communication with international teams;
- Experience working with complex production systems and legacy codebases;
- Ability to take ownership and make careful engineering decisions;
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills;
- Experience with business-critical flows where reliability and data correctness are essential;
- Ability to analyze undocumented functionality and stabilize existing systems;
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments;
- Practical understanding of testing, release validation, and production-readiness processes;
- Experience improving code quality and system maintainability.
📌Nice to have:
- Understanding of payroll calculations and payment processing systems;
- Experience in HealthTech or healthcare-related products;
- Familiarity with payroll, shift completion, or time-card workflows;
- Experience with Vertex, Treasury Prime, or similar financial/payment tools;
- Experience with risk mitigation and stabilization strategies for production systems;
- Previous experience working in remote international teams;
- Experience supporting mobile + web integrated ecosystems;
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
