We know how often both graduates and those who decided to entirely change their current specialization face difficulties when searching for their first job in the IT sector. Thus, at an early stage of the company's development, we decided to create a Trainee program that would help aspiring specialists build their careers successfully. Currently, there are 26 learning programs that are available at Aimprosoft, and the number keeps only growing.

    We have established an internal academy that offers a wide range of learning programs, including the most popular directions, such as Java, JavaScript, Python, .NET, Scala, QA, DevOps, Data Science, and many others. Apart from that, we have SAP Hybris, Liferay, and Alfresco learning programs. All trainees learn in the same workplace as skilled developers, which facilitates faster immersion into software development processes.

  2. Mentorship from top-notch specialists

    All trainees are closely guided by their mentors according to the established mentorship programs that facilitate the transformation of bright young interns with a theoretical background into skilled specialists who can deal with projects of any complexity. Each intern receives a personalized plan and daily set of practical tasks that vary depending on the chosen area.

CV submission & screening

You send us your CV. Our recruiter analyzes whether it meets our requirements and submits it for further consideration to the hiring manager. Then they coordinate the date and time of the interview with you and send an interview invitation.

Step 2

Time for an interview

You come for an interview with the recruiter and our technical expert. During the interview, you will answer a set of questions so that we can get to know you better and validate your skills, background, and abilities. At this stage, you will be able to ask questions about the company, social package, and benefits.

Step 3

Knowledge evaluation

Sometimes, we ask our candidates to complete a small test task. However, its completion isn’t mandatory for every position and varies depending on the situation. Certain cases may also include the interview with the client, who will evaluate your knowledge and skills.

Step 4

Second Interview

You will have the second interview that is usually shorter than a technical one. We'll talk more about your experience, desires, and expectations.

Step 5

Job offer

After you successfully pass the previous steps, we’ll contact you to announce our decision, send you a job offer, and once you accept it, determine a possible start date together.

    Happy and proud — those are two words to describe my feelings about being part of Aimprosoft.

    Joining the team completely changed my view of how companies should work. I understood how it feels to be PART of a team, not just to work with, but actually to be a valuable member, whose opinion is taken into account, who takes part in all steps of the product building process, who can ask for help and receive it from colleagues. We do not just take new projects as “one more,” we really care about them, about our customers and users, not only on the steps where teams are involved, but we are also concerned about the future of products that we develop, how it could affect on users, what value it will bring to them, what we can do to make product compete on the market.

    I came to Aimprosoft as an inexperienced Java trainee having no understanding of what I wanted in the end. With the help of well-prepared learning courses and supporting mentors, I’ve finally managed to find someplace in this vast domain. I made a lot of errors during my path in Aimprosoft, but my mentors and colleagues always explained to me my mistakes and helped to fix them. Having grown up as a confident programmer, I’ve become a team lead in Aimprosoft, helping other people to pursue their dreams and avoid my failures.

    Aimprosoft is a well-rounded outsource/out-stuff company with a full range of software development services. The company always welcomes both senior engineers and freshers to join its teams. Here, as a senior engineer, you can get the whole shebang of challenges related to enterprises or startups. Juniors get well-shaped internal training courses, free access to different educational resources, English classes as well as the supervision of more senior folks. The efforts that the company puts into its resources pay back with junior guys making their way to the strong middle engineers for 3—4 years instead of 5 and more. The other thing I personally like about Aimprosoft is a one-step short communication with the senior managers and CEOs having the dinner in the same room as you do. They are always open to having a conversation about the challenges you have and ready to jump on any problem you have or might have in order to help you in overcoming it. I personally do not like the term “company like a family”, but it actually is.
