General project description

The UK market is not so wide, at the same time its size enlarged at annual rate of more than 6%. The described online store of consumer electronics understands deeply end user behavior and pertains to the B2B wholesale suppliers of goods for young picky buyers and thrill-seekers.
To stand out from the multitude of rivals, the owner of the e-store tended to make a purchase process uninvolved similar to B2C avoiding deadlocks. A check out process underwent changes having got new fields with user-friendly navigation and option of attaching a proper verification file while ordering goods.
Advocating a focus on customers we tried to please wholesalers as well as we design UI for aesthetic admirers. So a standard view of Hybris 5.7 was noticeably customized and enriched with new fields, modules, and features with further migration to Hybris 6.1.
The e-store became one of the few in a consumer electronics space which tried a customer-centric approach of omnichannel strategy with B2C engaging features. This progressive and immersive way of retailing became possible due to a SAP + Hybris duet.
