For the third consecutive year, Aimprosoft made its mark at Web Summit in Lisbon, Portugal. With a booth showcasing our expertise in IT outsourcing services, the event proved to be an excellent platform to reunite with the team, engage with global tech leaders, foster new connections, and showcase our evolving brand identity.

Aimprosoft’s multinational team united in Lisbon

This year’s participation brought together a truly international Aimprosoft team. Representatives from all over the world – the USA, Ukraine, Bulgaria, Spain, Portugal and the UK – converged in Lisbon, underlining the global nature of our company. Despite the physical distances, the event served as a hub to reconnect and strengthen the bonds that unite us.

“It’s inspiring to see so many colleagues from all over Europe wearing Aimprosoft jackets and bonding together,” said Maxim Ivanov, CEO at Aimprosoft. “This showcases the growth and evolution of the company on an international arena not just in terms of client geography but also from the inside”.

AI takes centre stage

Web Summit 2024 echoed a resounding theme: artificial intelligence. AI startups, process automation, and advanced machine learning solutions were at the heart of discussions across the event. The overwhelming buzz reaffirmed what the industry has been hinting at for years—AI is not just a trend but a necessity for the future.

“We were literally surrounded by Artificial Intelligence projects. Every way you looked from the booth, all you could see or hear people talk about was AI. It is unbelievable how strong the presence of new technology is at Europe’s biggest tech gathering,” remarked Yuliia Kurganova, Head of Sales Department.

Aimprosoft’s IT outsourcing model gains attention

Amid the AI-centered discussions, Aimprosoft stood out by presenting a fresh approach to outsourcing. Unlike companies that staff projects only for their duration, we focus on building and nurturing a loyal in-house team. Many of our developers have been with us for over five years, thanks to our emphasis on continuous professional development. This ensures that our clients receive top-tier service from motivated and experienced experts. This distinction also resonated strongly with visitors to our booth.

“High retention rates among our employees transform into long-term partnerships with a significant part of our clients that last for over a decade,” shared Igor Zaporozhets, Aimprosoft’s CTO. “We have 15-year and 14-year partnerships which have been very successful, and we are especially proud of that. Clients appreciate our stability and predictability and trust our expertise. These are the values that underlie most successful businesses. So, when we say that we redefine IT outsourcing, we really mean it.”

A memorable stage presence of Aimprosoft’s CRO, John Adam

A highlight of our participation was Aimprosoft’s Chief Revenue Officer, John Adam, taking the stage to discuss resilience in the face of adversity. His Web Summit journey started with a pre-venue Reuters bit and transmitted onto the stage on Day 2, where John shared his best practices and insights on building uninterrupted digital supply chains and resilient teams amid uncertainty. He used the current situation in Ukraine, home of one of Aimprosoft’s offices, to explain the importance of having a Plan B and what should be in it. His speech not only sparked a lot of interest with the audience but also made history—John became the first speaker in Web Summit’s history to throw branded socks into the crowd as a memorable closing gesture.

“The socks were a hit,” John said with a smile. “We wanted to leave a lasting impression, and it’s safe to say we succeeded. Many attendees later visited our booth asking for more!”

A sneak peek at Aimprosoft’s rebranding

Web Summit 2024 also marked the debut of Aimprosoft’s rebranding efforts. Attendees got a first look at our updated logo, sleek booth design, and new corporate merchandise. This rebranding represents a pivotal step forward as we refine not just our appearance but also our services to serve our clients better.

“The best is yet to come,” hinted Yevheniia Korotia, Aimprosoft’s Head of Marketing. “Our refreshed branding will be fully unveiled by the end of the year, setting the tone for an exciting 2025.”

Looking ahead

Web Summit 2024 was more than just another event—it was a milestone in Aimprosoft’s journey. From showcasing our rebranding to highlighting our commitment to long-term partnerships, the summit allowed us to reflect on our achievements while setting ambitious goals for the future.
As we prepare to close the year, we remain steadfast in our mission to deliver exceptional value to our clients, embrace innovation, and strengthen our global presence. Stay tuned for more updates as Aimprosoft continues to grow and evolve.
