🚀AIMPROSOFT — Senior Bloomreach Developer Opportunity!

Aimprosoft, a fast-growing outsourcing IT company, is looking for a Senior Bloomreach Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Bloomreach Engagement (CDP) to join a long-term international project in the Retail & E-Commerce domain.

The project is part of a strategic initiative to build a modern, AI-driven customer engagement and personalization ecosystem integrated with Salesforce and large-scale product catalogs.

This is a contract with a term of one year or more, with a high likelihood of extension.

🎯About the project & role:

You will join a cross-functional team building a next-generation customer data and personalization platform for one of Europe’s largest home-improvement retailers. The platform unifies Salesforce Sales Cloud + Bloomreach Engagement + Bloomreach Discovery + OpenSearch to create a fully personalized experience across channels.

You will work on:

  • Designing, implementing, and optimizing workflows, scenarios, customer journeys, and trigger-based campaigns (email, push, SMS, onsite personalization).
  • Building advanced segmentation, predictive audiences, automations, webhooks, events, and consent management flows.
  • Setting up and validating data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, schema mapping, and event tracking.
  • Implementing custom templates, liquid logic, personalization tokens, and dynamic content blocks.
  • Integrating Bloomreach Engagement with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Discovery, Content, and internal systems.
  • Building and maintaining event streams, catalog syncs, user profile updates, and transactional messaging.
  • Ensuring platform scalability, clean architecture, and stable data flows across environments.
  • Collaborating with solution architects, data engineers, backend developers, marketers, and QA teams.

🔥What We Need From You:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience working with Bloomreach Engagement (formerly Exponea).
  • Proven ability to build: - workflows, automations, customer journeys - segmentation logic & predictive audiences - dynamic email/push templates using Liquid - event schemas & ingestion pipelines
  • Deep understanding of CDP concepts: identity resolution, user profiles, events, attributing, consent.
  • Experience integrating Engagement with CRMs (Salesforce preferred), analytics systems, or marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of data flows, tracking strategies, and customer lifecycle analytics.
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce, or large-scale consumer platforms.
  • Ability to write clean, structured, reusable logic in templates and scripts.
  • Strong analytical mindset—ability to translate business needs into data-driven campaigns.
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher for communication with international teams.

📌Nice to have:

  • Experience with Bloomreach Discovery, Bloomreach Content.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Lead/Account flows, API integration).
  • Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, event streaming, or data engineering basics.
  • Experience with A/B testing, recommendation engines, or predictive scoring.
  • Understanding of GDPR, PII minimization, consent tracking.
  • Experience with OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or similar analytics tools.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
